canceled the service for today saying it'll happen tomorrow now so I have to take another day off that they'll probably screw up on again. I hate this company. I regret ever buying a product from you, @Dell. You make @Xfinity seem like a good company, which is hard af to do. /4

I really want to stream. But to do that I need to get satellite internet because all the good internet speeds end a mile away! Currently @centurylink my speeds R crap. 2 have @xfinity again but they are not even close. So @Sparklight come on only 3200 ft away!!!

@nanomom0 They been doing that here for so damn long. We had them since moving where im at since the summer of '01.But the next potential one is Comcast. But from what the future holds, if what I read is right, they plan on putting hard caps on their internet.The devil you know...

After having Xfinity for years and years... I didn’t think support could be worse but I think AT&T has them beat.Xfinity would at least give me a date, then a warning/new date if delayedAT&T is just like, nah delayed, Maybe like two weeks, maybe longer, maybe not... who knows

@comcastcares the issue is the Xfinity tv remote app, specifically with tv listings and trying to move the date forward. iPhone is ok, but iPad- no. Cannot jump from current date to several days ahead. Can you fix? Malloyjack26@gmail -Twitter

@comcastcares Hi - I moved to a newly built home and raised a move request for my Xfinity internet, which was accepted. But after a week I was told that Xfinity cannot service my new address. This is funny because my neighbors do have Xfinity internet. What do I do?
