Look they work hard the food is fresh. Usually it is really fast this time they made mistake and didnt get order out fast so the manager called and made it right. He even apologized which was way more than you normally get from people now. So your staff also has a fantastic attitude which matters. So thanks for the food.
Just one question, how is one supposed to park in the curbside spot if someone is already parked there? The “nice” lady up at the counter decided to walk out, “look around” for us then walk right back in and tell us that she looked for us and couldn’t see us. Like how does one miss a blue dodge caravan sitting right in front of the door? Also, how does one not see us if you looked right at us? Man, service industry has changed for the worse. Children working at the front counter.
I stop here every time I have a work trip to this area. It is a staple location for consistent pizza on my work trips. I enjoy dining in. It is easy location right off road from local plant on my way to hotel. Has been clean when I have visited and local staff is always friendly and fast. I ordered the big box and 2 order of wings which came to 55$ and they got 60$ but they did not send the 2nd set of wings I had to call and they argued with me!! It was my worse experience at any fast food/delivery places very disappointed and I will never waste another dollar on their franchise. Pizza Hut on lakeview!!! This was not the first time plus they called me a liar. SMH I didn't exec want to give one star
Tony and I had lunch at Pizza Hut in Parkersburg area. It was nice going into an actual dining room.We ordered Large Pan Pizza with Pepperoni, Onions and Banana Peppers with extra sauce. He had a Budweiser and I had Pepsi. It was a nice meal for under $20Very happy with meal and the service. Waitress was extremely nice and friendly
