Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 Onion, diced
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1.5 pounds Ground beef
- ¼ teaspoon Salt and pepper
- 27 ounces Pasta sauce, 2 jars
- 4 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded and divided
- 15 ounces Ricotta cheese
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Parsley
- 16 Lasagna noodles, uncooked and broken in half length-wise
- 36 slices Pepperoni
- Nonstick cooking spay
Instructions
